Can I try on items from the website?
- Absolutely, with a few T’s & C’s…

• On weekdays only - our online staff is out of the office on the weekends, so come in anytime Mon - Fri!
• We hold items for 24 hours - email us ahead of time to let us know what you want to try on.
• If you don’t want the item you try-on, pretty please be sure to hand the items back to our staff, so it can go back online.

📍 Our online stock is located in our Brunswick store.

What are your shipping fees?
Australia: $10 flat rate - free on orders over $150.
New Zealand: $15 flat rate - free on orders over $200 (untracked).

Can I collect my order?
Yes! You are welcome to pick up your order from our Brunswick store, 7 days a week. Please select 'Pick-up' at checkout. We are limited on space so appreciate orders being picked up ASAP. 

What's your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items if the following conditions are met:

        - The item/s is in the same condition as when purchased

        - The original Mutual Muse tag is still attached       

        - The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item/s

Items are to be posted to us and we do not cover return postage. Alternatively, you can return the item in person to our Brunswick store. Refunds will be processed in full to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to process if you paid with Paypal or a Credit Card.

Sale items are non-refundable.

You can lodge a return request here.

Can I use my store credit to shop online?
Of course! Email us at online@mutualmuse.net to convert your in-store credit to an online voucher. We will reply within online business hours.

I have some amazing clothes I’d like to sell you, where can I find more information?
Have a look at our Sell Your Clothes page to read more and book an appointment at either store. We also buy via post for interstate customers or those who are unable to visit a store.
