This dress has buttons waist to neck which close to a round neck, the neckline has threading details on it and it has wide puff sleeves which finish mid forearm

It has 2 side ties either side of the waistband and side seam pockets

Very cute and playful with sneakers and chunky socks

Condition 7/10 with a small pull on back of skirt, see photo
